- Concept
We work closely with you to refine your ideas and translate them into a clear design direction. As your dedicated OEM partner, we prepare initial concept drawings and technical specifications for discussion.
Suggestions may include:
Technical considerations to avoid issues during production, filling, labeling, or capping. Material optimization to balance durability, performance, and efficient glass usage - Design Development
Based on feedback, the selected concept is further developed and finalized into technical drawings. CAD modeling and 3D prototyping are used to support rapid validation before production. The design drawings are provided within 2 business days. - Sample Testing
Once the design is approved, sample molds are prepared and sample containers are produced within 10-20 days. These samples are used to:
Evaluate material quality and design details such as embossing.
Test compatibility with filling lines and equipment.
Verify decoration methods, labeling, and closure solutions - Manufacturing
After confirmation, production is scheduled and final molds are completed. Mass production begins, followed by final inspection before packaging and delivery. - Assembly
We supply matching components such as metal, plastic, or cork closures to ensure the packaging system functions effectively. Integrated supply helps simplify sourcing and maintain consistency across components. - 10,000+ Stock

Coating (Spray Coating)
To differentiate your product, spray coating adds color, texture, and visual depth to glass packaging. Whether for beverages, cosmetics, or home fragrance, it creates a finish that aligns with your brand style and stands out on the shelf.

Hot Foil Stamping (HFS)
For a more premium look, hot foil stamping introduces metallic accents that catch light and attention. It is widely used for spirits, perfumes, and high-end packaging where strong visual identity matters.

Silk Screen Printing
Silk screen printing allows your logo and graphics to be applied directly onto the glass with lasting clarity. It is ideal for brands looking for a clean, durable decoration that maintains consistency across large production runs.

Frosting
Frosted finishes create a soft, diffused look that adds subtle elegance to the product. Commonly used in cosmetics, fragrance, and candle packaging, it enhances both visual appeal and tactile experience.

External Metallization
External metallization delivers a bold, reflective surface that immediately elevates product presentation. It is suited for premium packaging where strong visual impact and distinctive appearance are key.

Decal
Decal decoration supports complex, multi-color designs that cannot be achieved with standard printing. It is a flexible solution for detailed artwork and creative branding across different product shapes.

Label Pasting
Label pasting offers a practical and efficient way to present branding and product information. It provides flexibility in design updates while maintaining a professional and consistent look.

Embossing
Embossing builds your brand directly into the glass surface, creating a lasting and tactile identity. It is often used for signature bottles where long-term brand recognition is important.
